Exercise... Do it Differently
Fold you arms in front of you the way you always do. Unfold them and re-cross them "the other way". Have another go. Fold your arms again the way you always do. Then re-cross them the other way with your arms now folded in the opposite way. It may feel uncomfortable and less than easy to begin with at first. Repeat it. The more you repeat it the more familiar it feels. You have developed a new pathway. In the same way, we develop new thoughts, new skills and new ways of thinking.
